A client of travelers opened their car door into our brand new $50000 dollar truck, and was totally mean about it, disrespectful of others property. We called the police and they filled out an report charging her with damaging our vehicle. We work hard and saved to get this vehicle. Now instead of replacing the piece over the wheel that she damaged they want to sand it, patch it and repaint it. Hello, the truck is less than a week old. Would you be happy with this, I don't think so. Travelers needs to take into consideration the age of the vehicle. If the vehicle doesn't have but 10000 miles on it when your clients damage it, replace dont repair. This is so wrong
