• Claim Handling - Fraud

I will hit while sitting waiting on the side of the highway with the flasher on (car had stalled), when a car rear ended me on the side of the road. The car was a total loss. Fred Loya insurance company is now refusing to paid for the property damage. This all happen on June 13,2013. They say do to the fact that they never took pictures they have nothing to go on. I am on disable and have no car for the past mouth. Due to this fact. Can you help me in this matter.
