I had an acc. in April went to my insurance trying
To take care of things I found out that I had been charged
money for a point that should have never been on my record
when I found that out was trying to get my money they were delaying
the process the agent never called me back I always had to call him.
So finally when it's been going on and on I said that I was going to call
the news station and having to go to another office to try to clear things up
and get my money that I was owed I finally got it. And I have automatic deductions
my payment wasn't taken out so my husband went to the office the agents said
he had to go to another office out of his way because the problems they
don't want to take care of....

I advise everybody go to another company. The insurance company
is unitrin by Kemper. And stay away from Pecos office there horrible...
