  • Claim Handling - Unsatisfactory Settlement/Offer

This is a complaint against Aetna Dental Insurance. I am in the process of having a lot of dental work done. Even though they have been happily receiving my premiums every month, they are denying me what I want to have covered. They want me to get partial dentures or regular dentures which means, I would have to have all of my other healthy teeth pulled. So what if dental bridges cost more, isn't that what we pay insurance for? they are worried about keeping the consumer's money in their pockets, when we have paid them much more than we are asking for in return. How dare they say that they won't pay after I have given them so much money. I think all of these insurance companies should be investigated and charged with fraud!
