- General - I feel abused by this company
I have been with Allstate for 27 years and have been a safe driver a majority of that time. I recently asked an agent why I don't get safe driver bonuses and was told they are only given to those who pay higher premiums. I feel this is quite discriminatory. A safe driver is a safe driver, those who cannot afford higher premiums should equally benefit. I find this to be more than unfair and unacceptable. Thank you for your attention. Veronica Shoaf

You should be getting a Premier or Premier Plus discount on your policy as a safe driver. Yes, those "Bonuses" such as claim free checks or lowering your deductible every year do cost more premium in the long run. That is how the insurance companies can afford to offer them.
