My insurance company hired a lawyer for me who then would not represent me . He helped the city of Asheville commit fraud knowing that they had done so. On August 2 we had a court appearance in which John Spainhour told me not to appear . I appeared and the same judge that had dismissed the case was present. The judge was shocked and shook his head. A surveyor came from Charlotte and JOHN gave him the figures that the city have I was able to talk with the surveyor before john and he told me the city had changed my deed. During the hearing they thought that I did not know that was the same Judge that issued the fake restraining order in the beginning. They allowed my neighbor to record my voice and that is against the law. My lawyer told me that we could not appeal the judge decision even though I know you can. Everything that has been done by universal has been against me and in favor of the city of Asheville. I have all the proof and they can not get their hand on it. Paul Swank have continued to tell me that we do not go after the city and I continue to tell him the truth is the truth. I am so disappointed in the agency that I should be able to trust against anyone. Is anyone honest anymore . I have all the proof.
