Was rear ended by State Farm policy holder, vehicle was repaired.
I wanted to settle my accident case was told my claims adjustor was out, didn't know when he would return to work.
After several months the adjustor contacted me and ask if I was ready to settle informed him I was. Every document I was asked to send in the adjustor inform me it wasn't enough proof. Did not want to pay me for my pain and suffering, hospital bills or stress.
