I was rear ended by this car they put the claim on my insurance so they took the deductable 500 out of the est. to be able to get the car fixed. then i had to rent a car. it has been 3 weeks they say they havent recieved a police report to verify how the wreck happened. I WAS REAR ENDED. plus we have the same insurance. DIRECT GENERAL INSURANCE IS A JOKE AND THE SO CALLED ADJUSTER IS DRAGGING HIS FEET 3 WEEKS TO GET A POLICE REPORT COME ON NOW..COME ON JOSEPH KOUVERAS GET OFF YOUR ASS AND DO YOUR JOB.
