This is a small problem, but it makes me angry. I got into a accident. I backed into someone. I still think it was not my fault but Allstate didn't want to here it "you backed into someone". I did, but she wasn't behind me when I began backing.She was in a hurry and tried to race around me before I went. My backup warning beep didn't even have time to go off. Anyway, I took my car to be fixed and Allstate gave me a renter car. It was suppose to take 3 days and it took 5. Allstate paid for 4 days because the man that fixed my car called Enterprise and told them the car was ready. He called me and left a message on my recorder at home.I got home after work that day and it was to late to get it. He had my cell # and did not call it. Allstate said the car was ready on the 4th day so they didn't pay for the 5th.
Just something little that they can scam their customers with!!!!!!
