called to ask about water damage.elaine in limerick put in i dont know what. this lady brenda grove media pa office calls at 7:45am monday morning took a statment via phone and said claim is denied,never came to the house,she really never bothered to get all the facts. they are the worse insurance co.that is out there.they have a lot of bad reviews on the computer.but they have taken our money with no complaints and this brenda grove i hope noone has to have her.(very rude and very unprofessional
