• Claim Handling - Denial of Claim

I have back problems with a herniated disc at L4-5. I have been denied treatment since October 2012. Six procedures have been scheduled by my doctor and all have been denied. I have filed appeals twice with BCBS and filed a complaint with AHCA.MyFlorida.com who states that my health plan has opted out of the subscriber Assistance program so they can not help me.
