FARM BUREAU-MADISON CO.AGCY.WINTERSET, IOWA 515 462 2661 SCOT CLARK, AGENT & MRS KIM CLARK AFTER MONTHS OF TELLING THEM THAT THE ADJUSTER (LARRY STUART)DIDN'T INSPECT MY TOYOTA PROPERLY AFTER THE REPAIRS BECAUSE HE WAS TOO FAT TO GET DOWN AND INSPECT UNDER THE CAR WHERE I TOLD HIM I HAD SEEN A COOLER HANGING ALL BENT UP AND LEAKING INTO A PAN AND THE COLLISION REPAIR GARAGE SAID THEY ONLY HAD TO PUT IT BACK TOGETHER I QUESTIONED WHAT FLUIDS THEY HAD ADDED AS ONLY TOYOTA PRODUCTS WOULK AVOID TECHNICAL PROBLEMS & IMPROPER FLUIDS MAY DAMAGE SYSTEMS (CORROSION PROTECTION FOR ALUMINUM, THE HYBRID SYSTEM) THEY STATED THEY ADDED JUST ANTIFREEZE WHEN I WAS POINTING TO THE HANGING COOLER. THIS COOLER-CONDENSER TOOK TOYOTA GENUINE Typte T-1V FLUID NOT ANTIFREEZE. AFTER THEY RAISED MY RATES TO AN UNREASONABLE RATE I TOLD THEM SOMETHING HAD TO BE DONE AS I STILL DON'T THINK THEY REPLACED THE DAMAGED COOLER & WAS SWITCHING INSURANCE COMPANIES 5-19-13 AND THEN THEY GOT THE DESMOINES OFFICE INVOLVED 4-26-13 9AM DEBRA CALLED 800 765 1485 EXT. 24 & SAID THEY WOULD HAVE AN INSPECTOR INVESTIGATE. AGAIN NOTHING HAPPENED FINALLY 5-23 SAID THEY WOULD GET INSPECTOR TO DO SOMETHING THEN ON 5-25 2:50 PM FRIDAY I SUGGESTED THEY MAKE A DATE AT TOYOTA TO HAVE INSPECTED SINCE THEY DIDN'T HAVE A SHOP TO DO INSPECTION IN. ON 5-24 2:55 THEY SAID BECAUSE OF ALL THE HAIL DAMAGE AROUND THEY COULDN'T GET TO MY CAR EACH TIME I CALLED. FINALLY ON 7-15 I HAD TO HAVE THE CAR TOWED IN BECAUSE A LOW FLUID LEVEL SHUT DOWN THE ENTIRE VEHICLE. I CALLED DEBRA AT 9:30 AM AND TOLD HER I HAD TO HAVE CAR TOWED BECAUSE OF THE PROBLEM. SHE SAID THEY WERE STILL SWAMPED WITH THE HAIL DAMAGE BUT SHE ASSURED ME THEY WOULD HAVE SOME ONE AT THE TOYOTA DEALER TOMORROW ON 7-16 NO ONE SHOWED AND SERVICE MANAGER SAID THEY COULDN'T WAIT ANY LONGER OR I WOULD HAVE TO GIVE UP MY PLACE IN LINE AT 12:30 AFTER WAITING ALL MORNING
FINALLY ON 7-17 8:30AM INSPECTOR I THINK BOB GABRIL FINALLY CAME TO MY HOUSE AFTER LONG DISCUSSION I GOT NO WHERE AND HE STATED THERE WAS NO SECOND COOLER. THE SERVICE MGR SAID THEY FOR THE HYBRID TRANSAXEL AND IT LOOKED LIKE THEY JUST STRAIGHTENED IT OUT AND IT TOOK SPECIAL FLUID NOT ANTIFREEZE LIKE THE BODY SHOP SAID THEY PUT IN IT. IT APPEARED THEY FAILED TO REFILL THE TRANSAXLE AND THE COOLANT LEVEL WAS ALMOST 1/2 EMPTY AS IT COULDN'T HAVE BEEN PROPERLY REFILLED AS THE COLOR OF THE TOYOTA FLUID WOULD HAVE BEEN DISCOLLERED.

I HAVE WAITED AGAIN FOR 14 DAYS AFTER GIVING THEM THE REPAIR BILL FOR $243.67 AND TOWING OF $187.25 WITH NO ANSWERS.
