• PolicyHolder Service - Inadequate Reimbursement
• PolicyHolder Service - Unfair Negotiation

When I worked for a State Farm Agent from 1989 to 2000 we were allowed to apply the over 50 discount immediately on the insured's fiftieth birthday. Now that I turned fifty, I find out that I can't get the discount until my renewal. I want to know why & if this can be reversed & I am refunded the money that is owed to me.
