- General - I feel abused by this company
I have never felt more abused by an insurance company. When they initally contacted me they stated that I could go to any doctor and would be covered. I had two incidents which they refused to cover which I will accept. I then get a letter that I should be seeing my obgyn and getting my mamagram. I went to my appointment and they paid. A laboratory bill was sent in for $95 and guess what they paid $15. Now I need to know what lab i can go to for my mamagram and it will be paid for. How sad is this. I have a maximum of $2,000,000.000. and you have covered nothing. I pay for all my medications and when I go to specialized doctors such as a dermatoligist for my biopsies or my obgyn, I'm told we will help. They paid $15.oo to my obgyn and told me that I would get billed for $50.00 You guys make me sick and I will report you for how you are taking our money but not helping us. why don't you explain it the United Insurance Agency who investigates fraud.
