had roof inspected in 2010 by our agents choice of contractors, there was no damage roof was in good shape. recently had it reinspected by our choice of contractors and there is wind and hail damage, so we filed a claim with statefarm. there is also inside damge to ceilings and a exterior wall, which they agreed to pay for, but refuse to pay for a new roof. the whole claim has been filed with better business bureau case #19032713. the adjuster along with his district rep are very rude. we have been a customer with this company for over 13 yrs and have no interest in their customers, trying to help or to keep them as a customer do not recommend this company as a insurance choice
