I was hit broadside by a another vehicle while rounding a two lane turn. People in the inside lane often drift into the outside lane when making this turn and in my case, this guy was going way too fast and broadsided me when he was unable to maintain his own lane of traffic. All damage to my car was a direct hit broadside on my car, no scraping no sliding, just a deep straight on impact. The other car had all the damage to the right front of his car. My car was hit hard enough to spin me completely around. The insurance company failed to find fault with the other driver and it cost me a $500 deductible. We both had the same insurance and agent. I think they were too lazy to actually look at the photos. I called after over three weeks and they had not even looked at the claim. I will be getting quotes from other companies.
