If I do not mail my scrip's to express scrip's they penalize me with a fine, I have to mail off for these scripts and it takes 3 weeks to get the medication. Can they do this, is this legal? I sometimes go to Publix and buy my drugs, so I pay a higher price there, and then when Express finds out they also penalize me for not buying from them. My doctor will not allow me to get hydrocodone through the mail, and she only gives me a prescription for 30 days. So I have to get this from Publix. Is this legal?. Help Me Please. Express scrip's wants my doctor to write me out a script for 90 days but she will not. They suggest for me to get two scrip's written for myself, one for 14 days to buy locally and a 90 day to mail for them. My doctor will not do this. It is putting a lot of trouble on her to write 2 scrip's, and its unfair to me to pay twice. Pls advise. And if one of my doctors write me two one for 14 days and one for 90 days it takes to long to get the meds from express and I have no medication for a few days. Thank you
