I got into an accident and my "representative" did not seem to care at all. Every time I called all I received was a voicemail and he denied my coverage without even letting me know , I found out through other representatives which were rude and pretty much made me uncomfortable. It's been almost a month since the accident. My car is still not fixed , I lost time from work and it has just made my life much more stressful. I will never use progressive nor do I recommended it. These representatives clearly dislike their job and do not care to help the customer.
