cincinnati insurance claims adjusters matt koch and chip james, huntersville nc. both used very deceptive practices to deny medical pay out.series of issues include failure to respond,pointing finger of blame on me,claiming to have lost all medical evidence including cat scan,refusal to speak to me after seeking legal advice,telling me to fire attorney and then and only then would he speak to me,assigning case to others who never made contact,giving invalid email,never called me until i finally did fire attorney...within 24 hours of attorney dismissal the claims adjuster called to say it was my fault and there would be no pay out and the case was closed. i am/was furious. this case involved dental surgical error that was clearly established and proven with medical reports/cat scans/personal letter from physicians specifically stating infection was due to dental error
