  • General - I feel abused by this company

I came in to file a mini tort claim and the agent was busy on the phone. No problem. I waited for a short while. Suddenly the agent asked where I was from, which I answered. Somehow the agent thought that I was being condescending. The agent then made sure I waited until closing time before answering my question. I tried to apologize and ask what I specifically did wrong but the agent refused to discuss it and told me to go out the door.
