I have personal liability insurance on home I hav a coule of claims on trees falling and a new one on retaining concrete wall falling. My question is if I have personal liability I feel like my insurance company should reinbuse me for my insurance having to pay for a tree falling on left leg have cracked knee from incident and currently in knee stablilizer, hoping not to cast it. please tell me why I have persnal coverage Im not protected. my insurance company said I am not.
