  • Claim Handling - Delays upon Delays

Got rear ended by a State Farm Insurance Holder. She has not reported the accident. It has been a week. Called the rep of State Farm, spent over an hour giving her all the information. Said someone will call us back the following day. Waited, no one called, Called State Farm again, got transferred to a different extension. The rep said they are waiting for their client to call and report the accident. They tried to call but the number was out of service. The State Farm rep said their process is to wait a week, then send her a letter, wait another week, if not response, will escalate the case to a different dept. then the wait starts again. ANOTHER DEPT???...WHILE THEY ARE WAITING FOR HER TO CALL BACK (WHICH IS NOT TO HER ADVANTAGE) I'M OUT OF A CAR! MY TRUNK IS CRACK OPEN AND EVERYTIME IT RAINS, I WORRY ABOUT MOLD. ALL I NEED IS FOR THEM TO FIX MY CAR!!!
