  • General - I feel abused by this company

Told them we were not renewing our policy due to how they handled our claim for Sandy- had to call 2 months just to get an adjuster- never returned calls. Then THEY PICKED who was sent for repairs- had no say.
DID not receive a bill for renewal 5-16-13- since we told them we were not renewing. I have another company which the policy started 5-16.
Received notice from my mortgage that they received a bill and they paid it!!! NEVER WAS THIS DONE LIKE THIS BEFORE- THEY WOULD SEND US A BILL WHICH WE WOULD SEND TO OUR MORTGAGE CO. They KNEW we were not renewing- I called them and they still have not sent my money back --$1356.00. This was FRAUD!!!
