I have repeatedly submitted claims from a compounding pharmacy. These claims are being denied despite the insurance company HAVING all of the information they say they need to pay them. Appeals and complaints have gone nowhere. Anthem Blue Cross is RIPPING PEOPLE OFF by making them pay for compounded medications, no matter what/how much information is provided, and the process is egregiously difficult and time consuming to even try to get reimbursement!
