Delays upon delays.
Continually putting the blame for long term approval of every small detail on layers upon
Higher level decision makers whose identities remain unknown.
Nothing can be handled on the "field" level. Even attorneys can "only carry the message
Back and forth as if immediate electronic communication is unavailable.
It is clearly a ploy to put more economic pressure on their adversaries and many times Chartis (formerlyAIG) convey that idea smugly.
They take advantage of the those unable to defend themselves with the tacit approval of the hearing officers who work with them.
