After 21 years of being excellent customers (we could've filed claims for hail damage over 3 times, but didn't when everyone around us was)They have DROPPED us! Just got notice today in the mail! No phone call, no nothing, but a notice after 21 years! We had auto and homeowners with them. They apparently just realized after 8 yrs. of us living in our current home that we are 9 miles from the nearest fire station and 1000 ft. from a fire hydrant. How observant! I'd like to file a formal complaint.
