My oldest daughter has a policy from Gieco,now my youngest daughter lives with her.My youngest daughter has an accident under her belt and is under 25.She never had Gieco for insurance or drives my oldest daughters car.Just because she lives in the same household the insurance automatically put her on my oldest daughters policy without any consent and they are charging a ridiculous amonut of money for that.I contacted them and they would not budge.I asked them if 10 people lived in the house and had bad driving records that they would all be put on her policy and they said yes.How are they legally allowed to add anyone they want on to someone elses policy.Now after talking with the insurance commission they are sending out forms to file a complaint this should take a year or so to resolve.
