• General - I feel abused by this company

Last year our homeowners insurance DOUBLED, I am disabled and on a fixed income. I had to go to the Office of our agent Dan Odem, we had to reduce some of our coverage, which I did not like.Then we had to make arrangments to pay it twice a year not just once as we done for 12 years, $2,355.00 a year is alot when you have to cut out other thinks, like gifts for the grandkids for Xmas, birthdays etc. I am very upset, I am a transplant heart recipient and don't need these extra coming, when my income is not getting any increase in years.
