BACK IN MARCH, MY VECHILE WAS STOLEN AND WAS FOUND BURNED. I HAVE DONE AND SENT MARTY LYONS EVERYTHING THAT HE HAS REQUESTED, AND THAT SEEMS NOT TO BE GOOD ENOUGH.YESTERDAY I WENT FOR A STATMENT UNDER OATH AND HE MADE ME FEEL LIKE I WAS THE ONE THAT HAD DONE SOMETHING.HE TWISTED EVERYTHING AROUND AND WAS VERY CONFUSING, I HAD A LETTER FROM MY DOCTOR AND HE DIDN'T EVER COMPLY WITH IT.HE IS A PERSON THAT I HOPE I NEVER HAVE TO DEAL WITH AGAIN, WE ARE IN THE SOUTH AND NOT USE TO BE TREATED LIKE HE DID. MY LAWYER WAS CONTACTED AND FROM NOW ON HE WILL DEAL WITH HIM!!!! YOU PAY FOR INSURANCE SO YOU CAN HAVE IT SO IF SOMETHING DOES EVER HAPPEN AND THEN THE INSURANCE COMPANY DOES NOT DO THERE PART, SO WHAT IS THE USE TO PAY THE HIGH PRICE FOR THE INSURANCE WHEN IT TURNES OUT TO BE A REAL JOKE ON THEIR PART!!!1

I am having the same problem my car was stolen with valuable items in it and everything was taken, now my insurance company does not want to pay, I am going to write to the Better Business Bureau, Securities, Insurance, and Banking Commission about this, and if that does not work I am calling a Lawyer I have full coverage on my car but insurance company Farmers said my car does not cover lost items however, my homeowners insurance does, because they are both the same! I am going to cancel these policies as soon as they settle or not?
