Kanawha supplemental policy under Humana. Have had a claim with this company for 3 mos. now, have contacted the company several times. Filled out all the paper work required,and yet they just keeping telling me they are working on it. I don't think the company wants to pay on the policy like the representive from Humana told me on the policy. The company is a scam and don't want to live up to their claims.
