• General - I feel abused by this company

My husband and I were sold a policy that was supposed to pay our mortgage in the event of his death. My husband passed away January 2013. I submitted a claim to ING and they now say that the policy was only a AD&D policy and didn't pay in the event of a natural death. This is not what we were told when we bought the policy in 2009.
