Humana is trying to bill me for their mistake caused by their telesales agent. My wife and I both took out a policy of 0 premium at the same time and she got the 0 premium and I got the monthly premium cost which I never ever agreed to. They are now trying to charge me with a bill of $960.00 which I don't own and making me pay this back premium. I caught this error when I did not receive my renewal card until this time I no indication of their mistake at all. I feel that they should be held accountable for their mistakes and try to correct this error They are not in agreement with me at all, they are trying
to cover up their mistakes and make me pay for their telesales
agent mistake. I feel Humana is totaly being dishonet about this whole thing . They tell me I would be contacted in a few days and it took them over a month to even send me a letter concerning my complaint. I can never talk to a manager or any one in authority it is always customer service . I have asked for them to call me in person to discuss this and to try to work something out but they have not yet done so and it has been over 2 months and no call back. Is this what we get now
with insurance companies cover up's and lies.
This is not good customer service which they said they pride themselves for doing to their customers. I am changing and won't be back. I want some one who cares enough to contact me in person and try to resolve any issues that may arise. Not just send me a letter and tell me I own them the money and they are holding me accountable for it.
