- Claim Handling - Denial of Claim
Purchased airline cancellation insurance from Allianz Global Assistance. My wife was hospitalized for a mental health issue. We filed a timely claim attaching a doctor's letter. They denied claim saying there was an exclusion for mental health issues.

Read your policy. Sounds like this complaint is totally unwarranted.
