• General - I feel abused by this company

I have USA and they have added Identy theft for $25.00 on to my policy with out asking if I wanted it. When I called them I was informed it could not be taken off over the phone and that they had to send me the paper work to remove it, that is fine but how about Me okaying to have it put on in the first place.
