This a about an accident that occurred July 18,2013. Where a Farmers Insurance employee, driving a company car that had adjuster written on it, failed to yield to oncoming traffic where he proceeded to collide into my 1998 Ford Windstar while I was at a complete stop in the 3200 block on N.E. 4th st. The Farmers agent who caused the accident showed no remorse whatsoever, but I guess that goes with the job. He totaled my van and did not even make any physical contact with me or my 3 passengers. After all that and over 10,000 in bills and having to stop working as a lead painter, going through unemployment to go back to school to be retrained so that one day I can go back to work as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.I am 55 yrs. old and it is very hard going back to school after 38 years, but I will do what ever is necessary.mean while Farmers is throwing out offers of 240.00 a piece to my passengers and 2100.00 to me. They told me that their driver was only 60% in the wrong. And they have been sticking to their guns ever since. But i Know That know one likes insurance companies so if I can get them into court in the next 3years or so, and let their public pass judgement on them. Then and only then will justice be served
