• Claim Handling - Delays upon Delays

My vehice was struck by another vehice on Nov 16th, 2012. While i was sitting still waiting to make a turn.. The owner of the other vehicle admitted being at fault to his insurance company. Because his insurance company notified me & told me so, when questioning me about the accident. I had to rent a car for approximately 2 weeks. I reported the accident to my insurance company. My car has been repaired by my insurance company. I had to pay a $500.00 deductible plus $60.00, for my part of the rental. How long should i have to wait to get my deductible & rental fee reimbusted. Statefarm stated that they will get my $500.00 deductible back. But i,m on my own to get my rental fee of $60.00 back, from Nationwide Affinity Ins Comp of America. If a person admitted being at fault. Why doe,s it take so long for the other insurance company to reimbuse a claim?
