I called my agent on the morning of Feb. 6 (today is Feb. 8)and, after not receiving a call back, I called the agent's telephone number again last night. A lady, who was supposedly answering a State Farm number, told me that she would leave a message for Justin (972.943.9858) and she said she would leave the message for him to contact me. I still have not heard from him. I want to cancel my car insurance with State Farm because of this lack of communication. This is horrible customer service. I've only had the insurance for less than one month and if this is a sign of service, I don't need this.
