• Claim Handling - Unsatisfactory Settlement/Offer

My employer Westfield Insurance took premium payments from my paycheck for Aetna Health Insurance. I told them I did not need this insurance for my husband as he had Medicare and secondary coverage through his employer. They said they could not stop this as it was already January. I now find that Aetna has asked the physician to reimburse them for payments and I am now given a bill from Aetna and my husband’s doctors. I paid monthly for this coverage and now Aetna will not cover expenses. How do I get them to pay this bill?
