  • PolicyHolder Service - Unfair Negotiation

I signed up for a dental policey. The monthly payment is taken automaticaly out of my credit card. I notified them that as of Feb. 1st I will be on medicaid and did not need Humana Dental. I have never used this insurance. I was told to write a letter to the Grievances & Appeals. They denied my request and will continue to charge me $12.99 each month through June 2013. I feel this is fraud and would like to get help with this situation.

Did you try to call credit card an say you no longer approve automatic payment they should stop right away as 4 insurance company i dont know what the policy is but they wont get paid
