On Jan 1, our insurance was cancelled due to three claims that wasn't our fault. On Jan 17, my husband, went in to our local office, which is owned by Deb Dockens, in Reedsport, OR., and signed papers to stop the automatic withdrawal from our account. As of this morning, we are in the negative of $327.60. We called our bank, and they are still trying to get money out of our account. We called the office and our agent is conviently out of the office. They are trying to get our money when we no longer have an account with State Farm, and we have to pay the charges for them taking our money which is not theirs. We had been with them for 17 years and this is how we get treated. My husband and I will never go back to State Farm and we won't recommend them to anyone. We are disabled veterans and we can't afford for someone to do this to us.
