• Claim Handling - Denial of Claim

Bought a health/RX/dental/vision program on 1/11/2013 from namemypremium.com (Cory Margetts, 323-271-4698)w/ a 3 tier RX plan that was not honored. I ended up paying $333.18 for three meds that per the plan should've only cost $37.70 total. When confronted w/ the problem, Mr. Margetts said there was a clerical error initially. Later that same week (1/18/13) he said that my premium would go up $35.64 for the same coverage I'd been promised initially at 232.05/month and my new premium would be 267.69. I agreed to pay the added premium though thought it was wrong of them to do that. I also requested a refund of $295.48, the difference of the cost of my prescription and was refused.
