  • PolicyHolder Service - Denied Access to Services

We are new this year to Florida Blue Blue Cross ppo. We have had 3 perscriptions denied for being too expensive. These same meds were covered without issue from our previous comapany Cigna.It can take weeks to petition these denials. How is this legal?
