My son was in our car waiting to exit a parking lot. There was a car in front of him waiting to exit onto the street. While sitting there waiting a car backed out of a parking spot and his vehicle. Ohio Casualty , a part of this company would only reimburse 70% of the damage. The agents for them in Fairfield Ohio said if my son would have moved his vehicle then their insured motorist would not have hit him. The waited over 90 days to come up with this ridiculous settlement and offered $900 on a $1600 claim. The agents do not return calls and try to avoid answering any questions. They are a terrible insurance company.
