  • General - I feel abused by this company

I had a Travelers policy for rental which is umbrelled under Geico. I received a renewal statement with additional late fees for 3 months, SUPPOSEDLY, from last year when I renewed via phone, spoke to a rep, paid for the year ... everything was fine, NOW, according to Travelers a year later, I was 3 months late in renewing???? If so, how come I was not charged back then? To fraudulently add on additional amounts is absolutely egregious. I called three times, first two prople were not licensed agents!!!! but a phone flunkies ... nothing could be done, and NO they could explain their actions ... so I cancelled the insurance! How low does a company go to eek out money, and doing so against a senior citizen on a fixed income!
