• Underwriting - Premium Too High
• Underwriting - Refusal to Insure

I am trying to purchase a house on the beach. This house has been in tact and standing for over 90 years. Florida Family Insurance refused to cover my home because their policy only went one year earlier, and they said that pictures with shadows were actually mold and mildew, which is as I just stated, shadows. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AS THEY ARE NOT FOR FLORIDA FAMILIES......ONE freaking year difference in getting coverage. SHIESTERS one and all
