My health insurance agent committed suicide in 2011. Figured I would get a letter or a call. But no a year later nothing. Premiums rising on personal BX and nobody to contact. Decided to transfer to another agent and was told I had to get a release. Old company refused and actually said they own me! What is this about? I filed a grievance with BX and about to make a consumer complaint in California. What goes here? My agent worked for FMS financial partners, inc., in encino, ca.o
