• Claim Handling - Delays upon Delays

It is not acceptable to have to wait so long for an adjuster to comeand see the vehicle, it is going to take more than a week for an adjuster to come an look at my vehicle so it can get repaired by a bodyshop. At first it was going to take over half a month to have an adjuster come and see it, but ater argueing so much they were able to get one from somewhere else only because the local adjuster was on leave or something, whatever was the reason, I'm paying a premium to have service or claims when needed, not when they can get someone available, in this case taking a long time to get someone.
