I had an accident on Thursday and I was given an adjustor, but first of all the phone number was long distance so everytime I have to call her I have to pay for that! In any case, she has not contacted me even though I was told by the claims department that she "tried to call me" on the day of the accident and did not leave a message. Now, folks, what insurance company adjustor would call and not leave a message! I WAS HERE ALL DAY WAITING FOR HER CALL!! I AM NOT STUPID...SHE DID NOT CALL!! And I have made numerous calls to Nationwide and of course that make all kinds of excuses for her. But they did send two e-mails and one phone message to her....with, of course, no response after 4 days...PEOPLE, NATIONWIDE IS NOT ON YOUR SIDE!!!
