Afoter having paid premiums for over 10 years Citizens has now informed me that they will not renew my polocy because my roof is too old. I have never made a claim since I have been insured for over 21 years in my home. Why should I purchase a new roof for over $20,000 when I do not have any problem with my roof simply because they decided that my roof is too old?
