recently i found out that insurance companies need to know where your vehicle is parked or garaged. so when i inquired with my co. they refused to write a policy since they knew that the info had changed. so we rewrote the policy with a 3 times amount/ mo. payment. i started to show around and found that allstate did not care about this garaged thing. then after over 2 hours on the phone with a allstate rep. and contracts written she indicated that my daughter should change her address back to the home address with the state. after several more calls to others insurance companies i found out thi is not only insurance fraud but also state i.d. fraud. i was mad as hell. so i called back my old insurance agent and they had to rewrite all my policy's that ended up costing me over $108/per month more and another 2-3 hours on the phone. with everyone autopaying my insurance policys my checking account went neg. and i had to take a loan to cover the cost. the reason i had to do this is because allstate ran into a system error trying to refund my payments. like they never had to do this before.

all i can say is don't do business with allstate they will screw you. i will be asking the mich state ins. reg's. to investigate as i am sure that many have been scammed like me.
there are perhaps many who don't even know/care that fraud excists.
